To become a member just fill out the following application and email it to us at info@forksart.org and mail your payment to the address listed on the form.

"May Flowers" Spring Art Exhibit
at the Cottage
The exhibit features 27 Artists and 53 beautiful floral themed pieces.
Exhibit Runs: May 1 thru May 31, 2026
Location: The Cottage in the Woods
Additional Dates: Sundays - 3 PM to 6 PM
Also: Wednesdays 7 to 8 PM (except May 13th)
