Charlie Hanson Sketch Night

Charlie Hanson host a monthly sketch night on the 1st Monday of each month from 7 PM to 10 PM at the Cottage. A different themed model is featured each month. 700 Zucksville Road. BYOS. Cancer Support Group of the Lehigh Valley Art Classes

FAAS is teaming with the Cancer Support Group of the Lehigh Valley to offer art classes for cancer patients and survivors in our area. The classes are usually held on the first Saturday of the month from 11 AM to 12 PM at the Cottage, The subject of the class will be announced before hand. 700 Zucksville Road, Easton PA. Reservation requested. Space is limited. Free.

Learn the skills you need to enjoy this beautiful medium.  This class will focus on understanding materials, composition, color mixing, art and painting techniques. Supply list provided on the first day of class after exploring recommended materials. Please contact Pauline (below) to register or for more information, cost, and for any supplies that will be needed for the class.

Intermediate to advanced, group lessons

Similar to Beginner-Intermediate group lessons but go at your own pace, choose your own references, learn more techniques, color palettes, photography and computer tips to help you explore your creativity. If you’re painting from your own reference(s), please bring them with you. Please contact Pauline (below) to register or for more information, cost, and for any supplies that will be needed for the class.

Sketch and Chat Sessions

Sketch and Chat” sessions at The Cottage are held periodically. Sketch and Chat is an informal session where fellow artists of all skill levels get together and sketch still life subjects, from an art book in our library, or anything else that may come to mind.
